From your Mac or PC

If you are an ILA member and would like to access volumes of International Journal of Listening, please be sure you are logged in as a member. If you are already logged in DO NOT LOG IN AGAIN as this will cause problems accessing the Taylor and Francis IJL page. If you do not see the options View Profile and Change Password, you are not logged in as an ILA member.  Once you have verified that you are logged in, please click on this link: IJL Online Issues for Members Only  

After logging in and clicking on the link above, you will be redirected to the Taylor and Francis online journal where you should have full access to all volumes and articles in International Journal of Listening. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the list of all current and past volumes of International Journal of Listening. After clicking on the volume you are interested in, you will be given two options, you can either view the volume or download a pdf.

As an ILA member you should not be asked to sign in on the Taylor and Francis journal page. If you are asked to sign in on the Taylor and Francis journal page please try the following:

1) Close the Taylor and Francis journal page, log out of this website and restart your computer.

2) Try a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you are not using Chrome, Firefox or Safari, go to Google and search for one of the suggested internet browsers. If you are using a PC, search for Chrome or Firefox, if you are using a Mac, search for Safari. Download the browser you have chosen to use and install it on your computer. When prompted with "Would you like to make this your default browser?", click yes.

3) Try different devices (such as another computer, a tablet, or a smart phone).

4) If you are still having problems after trying the above options, contact the web editor with the following information: What exactly have you tried? Where did you link?  Are you signed is as a member? What internet browser are you using? Are you using a PC or a Mac? Be specific, the more information provided will help isolate whether the problem is an artifact of your computer or if it is something systematic.
