CALL FOR PAPERS, PANELS, & PROGRAMS

Each proposal must include the following:

1)A complete proposal description, not to exceed two pages double-spaced, explaining your proposal and its relevance to the ILA audience.
2)A brief description, not to exceed 75 words, that would be suitable for program listing should your proposal be accepted
3)A brief bio (1-2 sentences) for each presenter. 
4) Include the following information for all presenters: names, addresses, phone #, fax #, E-mail.  If proposing a panel,  please include a panel chair if possible.

Indicate what audience(s) would be most interested in your presentation (check as many as apply):

A – Appreciative B – Business EE – Elementary Education
G – Global/Intercultural H – Healthcare HE – Higher Education
I – Intrapersonal L – Legal M – Media/Politics
R – Research S – Spiritual SE – Secondary Education
SPE – Special Education    

Proposed Time Frame (circle one):    1/2 hour    1 hour    1 1/2 hours     2 hours.
Please note: If your proposal is accepted, we will try to schedule your requested time frame; however, there are no guarantees that this will be possible. Please check the preliminary schedule for the time frame that could be scheduled.

(Please limit to absolute essentials as cost is prohibitive)
There will be a $50 charge, payable in advance, for computer/projector or TV/VCR. Failure to remit payment means that we cannot guarantee that a Computer/Projector or TV/VCR will be available.

Identify any special room or setup requirements: (i.e., round tables, circle, etc.)
