Traditional Track Certification now open for applications PDF Print E-mail
At the Milwaukee Conference, ILA had started the Certification Program with the Fast Track Certification for long-standing ILA members and listening experts. Now the program has been extended to all who are interested in becoming a Certified Listening Professional. The Program is open to both ILA members and non-members. Registration is now open. We have prepared additional information and an application form for you.

President Barack Obama was awarded the 2009 Listener of the Year at the 30th annual convention of the International Listening Association (ILA). Listeners from 4 countries and 31 U.S. states attended the annual convention at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee March 19-21, 2009. The ILA convention is held in March as a way of celebrating International Listening Awareness Month. This year’s theme, “Growing Our Listening Legacy: Treasuring the Past, Embracing the Present, Creating the Future,” proved to be exciting, dynamic, and meaningful.
