1. The International Listening Association Executive Board will meet on Wednesday, April 14 from 1:30 to 6:00 p.m.
2. The Convention opens Wednesday evening with a new members session followed by a social gathering and cash bar.
3. Convention programs begin Thursday morning and continue through Saturday
   afternoon.
4. Special activities include a Thursday evening reception hosted by the Florida Gulf Coast University on their campus a few minutes away from the convention hotel.
5. You will be able to choose from an array of Friday evening activities and the banquet and 25th anniversary commemoration are on Saturday evening.
6. The Hotel is the Holiday Inn Select in Fort Myers. The ILA convention rate is $89.00 per night. You can make your hotel reservations by calling 1-239-482-2900. Be sure to tell them you're with the ILA convention! The Hotel is a short distance away from the airport and also has a free airport shuttle. 7. The Fort Myers airport is the Southwest Florida Regional Airport (RSW). The nearest international airports are in Orlando and Miami, and there are good connections from either location to RSW. You can find some good airfare bargains right now: check United, USAir, Southwest, Air Trans, and Jet Blue. Travelocity, Expedia, CheapTickets, and Orbitz have advertised good US rates.

10. Convention registration information and forms will be on the ILA website late next week and materials will be mailed out to ILA members and frienda soon thereafter. You can register via mail or through the secure website.
