Evaluation and recommendation

Submission of an article implies that you own the copyright for the work and that it your own creative work. Please follow the instructions as you prepare your manuscript. Compliance with the instructions will ensure full searchability of your paper.

Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to sign a Publishing Agreement. The agreement will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information. An e-mail  will be sent to the corresponding author confirming receipt of the manuscript together with an 'Online Publishing Agreement'. The rights for further publication remain with the author(s).

Subscribers may reproduce the papers for their own personal use. Permission of the author is required for distribution outside the institution and for all other derivative works, including compilations and translations.

Authors' Rights
As an author you retain the full rights of your paper. The electronic files are prepared in a way to ensure that your copyright is printed throughout the paper.

Ethical Approval

The Editor trusts that the authors follow the guidelines on Ethics in Publishing, in particular in terms of acknowledging the rights of a third party by reference listings. You are also requested to identify who provided financial support for the conduct of the research and/or preparation of the article and to briefly describe the role of the sponsor(s).

Contributors
All authors must have materially participated in the research and/or article preparation. The statement that all authors have approved the final article and that all authors are aware of the online publication should be true.

Preparation of the Manuscript

General Points
We accept most wordprocessing formats, but Word or WordPerfect are preferred. Always keep a backup copy of the electronic file for reference and safety. Save your files using the default extension of the program used.

Wordprocessor Documents
It is important that the file be saved in the native format of the wordprocessor used. The text needs to be provided within the framework of the template provided for the category which you chose for your submission. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. In particular, do not use the wordprocessor's options to justify text or to hyphenate words. However, do use bold face, italics, subscripts, superscripts etc. The electronic text should be prepared in APA format.

Please do not change the template provided for the category which you chose for your submission. To avoid unnecessary errors you are strongly advised to use the "spell-check" and "grammar-check" functions of your wordprocessor.

Review Policy
All articles appearing in this online journal are submitted to a blind review process.

Parts of the Paper
For each paper category the parts required are specified. Also, the maximum length for each part is indicated. Use an informative title for your paper and provide a maximum of 6 keywords which are used for indexing purposes. Insert all figures, figure captions and tables within the text at the appropriate location. Define abbreviations that are not standard in this field at their first occurrence in the article and ensure consistency of abbreviations throughout the article. References should be prepared in APA Style (Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, Fifth Edition, ISBN 1-55798-790-4
). Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article.

Word Limit
The suggested word limits for articles are indicated on the templates for the different paper categories.
